DeepNetSchool learner support and FAQ resources

No. DeepNetSchool teaches artificial neural networks — computational models used in machine learning and deep learning engineering. Our programmes cover PyTorch implementation, backpropagation, convolutional architectures, transformer fundamentals, and generative AI from an engineering perspective. We do not offer neuroplasticity coaching, cognitive brain games, clinical neurology services, mental wellness programmes, or any form of neurological treatment. When we reference "neural" throughout this website, we mean artificial intelligence systems — not the human brain or cognitive rehabilitation.

No. DeepNetSchool is a vocational education provider — not an AI consulting agency, SaaS vendor, web design studio, digital marketing firm, or managed IT services company. We do not build custom machine learning products for clients, sell software licences, provide marketing automation, or offer outsourced technology staffing. Our corporate services are limited to structured AI training cohorts delivered through our DNS programme curriculum. If you need consulting or product development, you should engage a separate professional services firm.

DNS-101 requires working knowledge of Python fundamentals (variables, functions, loops, basic data structures) and introductory linear algebra concepts (vectors, matrices, dot products). We provide a readiness checklist during the enrolment enquiry process. No prior deep learning or PyTorch experience is assumed — the programme builds neural network intuition from first principles.

Completion credentials document your participation in structured coursework and achievement of programme milestones. They are not university degrees, regulated professional certifications, or guarantees of employment, salary increases, or third-party industry credentials. Learning outcomes depend on prerequisite readiness, independent study commitment, practice time, and individual aptitude.

Yes. Live online cohort delivery serves Canadian learners nationwide. Synchronous sessions are scheduled in Pacific Time. Hybrid laboratory intensives at 1322 Blanshard Street are optional for learners who prefer in-person sessions but are not required for programme completion.

Submit a contact form with subject "Semester registration" or "Programme enrolment enquiry." Our admissions team responds within two business days with prerequisite guidance, programme sequencing recommendations, and available cohort dates. Registration is confirmed upon payment of the stated programme fee and acceptance of our Terms of Service.

No. DeepNetSchool does not guarantee employment placement, interview referrals, or salary outcomes. Career development in artificial intelligence depends on your professional background, portfolio quality, networking, and market conditions beyond our control. We focus on instructional quality and honest credential representation.

Organisations may arrange tailored cohort delivery from DNS-101 through DNS-501 based on team readiness. Corporate training includes instructor-led sessions, PyTorch laboratories, and completion documentation for HR learning records. Contact us with subject "Corporate AI training" for Semester S1 availability and pricing. This remains educational delivery — not consulting or product development.

Some instructional activities may incorporate AI-assisted learning tools for code explanation, debugging practice, or documentation drafting. Learners remain responsible for verifying all submitted work, understanding underlying concepts, and adhering to academic integrity policies stated in our Terms of Service. AI tools supplement — not replace — foundational deep learning instruction.

We collect personal information for enrolment, instruction, and communication purposes in accordance with PIPEDA. Details are in our Privacy Policy. Contact forms require explicit consent before submission. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
